Worker were clean, friendly and showed up on time. They were knowable and answered all of my questions. When they finished they cleaned up.

We were very pleased with the customer service. About 4 weeks after the project was completed the company had workers come out to repair areas at our request. Not only were the areas in the exterior walls that we noticed needed repair fixed, additional areas were stuccoed for additional support. We were very pleased with the quality and price.

Made it very clear the project had to be done within a week, they said it would only take a day. When they showed up they only did half of the job and never returned. I had to call several times to schedule another appointment so they could finish the job the didnt complete. When I finally got a hold of someone, a week later, i schedule the second appointment for the following monday at 730am they didnt show up until almost 10 and the workers that they sent kept cussing the entire time to each other and singing goofing off. How unprofesstional!! Will never rehire them and would never recommened them to anyone!!

I was really impressed with the work done by OJ Insulation. The work was quick and they even vacuumed up after under the opening of the attic area. They also had me look at it to make sure it was ok. I was impressed. The amount also was the best of the 3 given to me . The person who came over to give me the quote didn't treat me like a dumb woman either. I cannot speak high enough of this company.

They were actually one of the only companies I could find in this area to do the job. I had a bit of trouble getting hold of them, and after the quote, I had quite a bit of trouble scheduling them. Once that hassle was over, they completed the job well and were courteous. My only complaint was that their pump leaked or something so insulation was spread in my front flowerbed--yuck. I am still cleaning it out.
