The salesman Casey was pleasant, knowledgable and up front, didnt play any games. Price was fair and the crew was professional. They even got us a discount when it turned out the master bedroom addition was already wall insulated. When I informed them they had caused some interior drywall damage they asked for photo's, then had it fixed to our satisfaction.

Only one small issue was that during the installation, an electrical connection was disconnected. This was discovered on Friday night. Monday morning someone came out and repaired the wiring in under an hour.

Scheduled time for the appointment was 8 a.m. but the office had sent out the installers at 7 a.m. with the wrong sized insulation. One installer had to drive back to the warehouse (one hour away) to get the right sized insulation while the other installer removed the old insulation. The work order the installers received didn't have anything about vacuuming up the rodent feces in the attic so I had to provide the vacuum. Two hours after the scheduled appointment, the other installer arrived with the right sized insulation which was installed to my satisfaction. I am still awaiting paperwork from OJ Insulation for my income tax credit.

I apologize for your inconvenience and the experience you have had with OJ Insulation. We pride ourselves on customer service and strive for a 5.0 rating on all projects. In this case our sales consultant did not visit the site to check the attic as the quote was requested over the phone by. No mention was made of rodent feces in the attic and the on center measurements were provided by customer over the phone. I apologize again for the miscommunication and it is our fault for not having visited your home to evaluate the attic first hand. We hope that you are ultimately satisfied with the new attic insulation regardless of the situation
