The customer service was great! They were able to get out to our house quickly, and were able to do a lot of the work for which I was simply getting a quote the same day. The service technicians were very friendly and helfpul. The only downside is that OHI is a bit pricier than some of the other electric contractors.

OHI Electric was very responsive and professional in all phases. I was able to get a "ball-park" phone estimate of costs for new incoming wiring and a new breaker box with service upgraded from 125 amp to 200 amp. The written estimate was fair and accurate, and the work was accomplished in the time frame promised. They came back out when the county inspector came a week later (which OHI arranged for me) to make sure that there were no installation issues. The only issue I had was that I had to patch my basement paneling around the new breaker box, since they had to do some cutting to fit the bigger breaker box.

This company was a life saver. The person who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. Steve was at my house the day after I called, was right on time, and got right to work. He fixed my electrical problem and explained everything. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!

OHI was the only respondent to my request. They did however send someone right out, he scoped the project, called it in and I had an estimate 5 minutes later. Keith did a great job installing 2 security lights, a porch light and a bathroom light. Look no further, give these guy a call. Price was a little steep, but there was no BS, and very quick service. Impressive work.

Keith and Steve arrived punctually, went right to work installing an upgrade to our electrical panel, and finished the job within the estimated six hour time frame. Keith also repaired some outlets and installed a ceiling fan for us. They were professional and courteous, and did a thorough job. They also met their preliminary cost estimate for the work. I will definitely recommend OHI Electric to anyone needing competent electrical work done.

I was having trouble with my outdoor GFCI outlets; they would keep tripping. I hired an electrician (not OHI) and they simply changed out the GFCI outlet charged me a ton of money and left. Three days later the issue resurfaced. When OHI came out, their tech performed a thorough analysis of the issue and found the root cause and corrected it. It's been over 10 days and no problem. I would highly recommend these guys.
