Design efforts were excellent -- some of the best that I have worked with. The project ran over the expected timeline by a few weeks which was an issue at the time. I am now trying to get some follow up service on the project and find that I have to call, and re-call the service department. They should be proactive in their follow up on service because this is what people will remember.

Excellent to work with. My only problem was that the parts were stored in my living room prior to installation, but this was only for a day or two. Otherwise, these guys were very professional and I thought very fair in their price dealings.

We knew exactly what we wanted to remodel my husband's small bathroom and Paul was able to give us product recommendations that exactly suited our tastes. The work began when scheduled and Steve, the project manager, met with us first to review the space and discuss how the inside of our home would be protected during the work. Steve communicated regularly and the workmen were professional. The only problem was that, against our request, sawing of wall board took place in the garage and in spite of plastic sheeting, the garage needed extensive cleaning to remove dust that permeated every corner. We are very happy with our new bathroom.

I am very pleased with OHI's performance. Their concern for doing the job right was evident. The job site was also my home so I really appreciated how clean they kept everything even while major demolition and construction was ongoing. I am a hard rater or they would have gotten five stars from me. I have no doubt that I will be enjoying their quality work for many years to come.

The design was even better than I had envisioned (with cabinets staggered, etc.), and the price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I got from contractors (who didn't even have a design!). The cabinets seem very high-end and so much more than I could have ever hoped for. And the construction crew was great to work with and very professional. I absolutely LOVE my kitchen as does everyone who sees it.

The design help was limited and not very helpful. The project manager was at best condescending and at worst insulting. Communication between the various departments at OHI was non-existant resulting in many frustrating conversations. The attention to detail and care was below average.

Overall rating is average or slightly above. Upon contract signing I asked OHI if they sub-contracted out the work or did it internally, they replied internally. Then upon job initiation, the work was sub-contracted out to non-English speaking laborers making it difficult to communicate. They worked hard but there was no communication. They did an average job, although they did not cleanup, or protect the work area, we as home owners had to put down protective covering for floors, counters etc and do much cleaning after they left each day and again upon job completion.
