My rugs were so dirty between the dog and my kids( work in restaurants) so they walk in with greasy shoes so there were paths to each of their bedroom after matt was done they looked new no lie i would have back great job.... Also on time and inn and out thanks for helping me find a great guy....

I was expecting my furniture to be steamed cleaned and it wasn't. Also it took several hours for my furniture to dry. Matt cancelled the first appointment we had and re-schudled for another day.

There was a bit of a problem of when Mr. O'Grady would come. But he made the effort to get there and did a great job on the carpets. I definitely recommend O'Grady. Just be clear about the schedule.

Matt, the owner, cleaned my rugs. I had concerns about animal urine on the carpet and a few spots from mud and food. He did a wonderful job address my concerning spots and the majority of the carpets were dry within an hour or less. The customer service was outstanding and I would recommend O'Grady cleaning to friends and family.

Matt is personable and professional. My rugs came out better than I hoped, especially the one that had spilled candle wax residue on it. They were very accommodating when I needed to reschedule my appointments twice. I would definitely recommend O'Gradys service.
