My intial contact with Tom was literally in seconds after my request was submitted. Tom was a friendly, courteous and a funny guy. What is there to say other than, he was on time, efficient while doing the work and very clean. The price was less than I expected so that was a definite plus. Bottom line is his customer service is EXEMPLARY!!!

Tom worked around my schedule and budget and helped me fix my electrical problem while teaching me a thing or two about how to prevent having another problem. I would definitely use him again.

Tom replaced the exhaust fan in the bathroom of my parents house. The installation was a little more intricate than just a straight replacement and Tom took the time to clearly explain everything he was going to do. Due to cost of materials needed, the overall cost was slightly more than the original estimate but Tom was courteous enough to advise us of this prior to any work beginning. I can tell you from past experience, that is a courtesy you would not get from many professional contractors. Thanks to Tom for a job well done to my parents satisfaction. They and I both would highly recommend this electrician.

Tom was great! I called him Sunday to set up an appointment for Tuesday just for him to look at the job. He found and fixed the problem fast. The workplace was cleaned and the price was great. Would recommend him to anyone.

Tom O'Connor responded promptly to my Service Magic request. He visited my home and provided a complete list of work to be done, which was quite extensive, and price, which was very competitive. Tom arrived on-time with all of the equipment and supplies he needed to complete the job. He worked all day, non-stop, until the work was done. He showed me what he had done both inside and outside my home, made sure that every light and outlet was working before he left, and cleared away all of the debris accumulated during the job. He even cleaned an outlet cover with a paper towel. I would unreservedly recommend Tom.
