He gave me options, came when he said he would, had the right equipment and explained everything thoroughly and was a pleasure to meet. My husband requested specific equipment, which was provided. He called with-in minutes and explained how I could get through the next 12 hrs until he could get to the house to do the repair. he showed me a lot about my system and made the repair and even added a gauge that was not included in the estimate and stayed at the estimated price. Which was lower than I had been quoted for a portion of the job!
