Excellent work! On time, clean, flexible, friendly. Love the deck, they even ran an electric line and hooked it up for us. Estimate was quite fair and came in lower than others. Highly recommend!

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Innovative solution to a potentially damaging situation to repair an external leak where water was entering first floor room. Provider arrived on time for estimate, made a thorough review of entire house to ensure there were no water/mold issues. Recommended a solution for the leak we knew about, then arrived on schedule to complete the repair as we expected.

OC Deck provided a cllear discription of the method and material they were going to apply in our waterproofing project. They kept up with their proposed scheduled and continuously worked on the project until completion. They were responsive to unforseen cases and took extra effort to get the job right. I was impressed with their organized and clean work. Their office and labors were all freindly and responsive to our concerns.

The product is an excellent product. I felt that I was well taken care of. They were honest and timely. They provided references and addresses of work that was done at my request and to my specifications. The cost was comparable to other quotes, but I truly feel that with OC Decks, I received great value for the money. They seemed to be the most responsive and experienced. Not only did they do their job, they went out of the way to accomodate my specific situation - which I must say, was high maintenance. Thank you, OC Decks and the Kims!
