Sean and OC construction did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They came every day on time until the project was complete (on schedule). Having them come back to work on another project soon.

Had my mother's kitchen and master bath redone and are very pleased with finished results.

OC Construction was professional and kept to their time schedule even in the face of obstacles from our neighbor. They were very easy to work with.

For building these guys are really good. These guys tend to underbid, after you have signed the agreement and wait week for the job to start then the day they start they tell you that the job will cost more. Not an ethical practice. They build really good but they don't pick out the best wood (chucks missing and that is the side they show???) and don't expect them to paint like they build. They are not painters. Don't ask for little things that should be done while they do the job. It won't be done.

I disagree with a few statements made by them in this review. We did not underbid this project, the original estimate was for Trex rail in one color. The customer decided after signing the estimate that they wanted two different colors on the rails. We even split the cost to try to make the customer happy, but did explain that there may be an extra charge with the color change. We did not and were not able to pick out our material being used for two reasons, 1 the large quanity needed and two boards ranging from 16 to 20 foot long which had to be delivered.Material used was pressure treated and has flaws but will resist termites and mold.

OC Construction recently completed a bathroom remodel in our home. Their quality of work was excellent. They were almost always on time and, when they were going to be late, they always called ahead of time. Their communication was excellent. They even did some extra work without charge. When we wanted to do some extra work, they only charged for the materials. I highly recommend OC Construction to anybody who wants excellent quality and a hassle-free remodel. OC Construction Services did a fantastic job on our Trex deck. They are professional and care about the work they do. They are prompt and efficient, which seems difficult to find. We love our deck, thanks guys.

I rarely give 5 stars for any product or service, but I must say Sean and his team at OC Construction were fantastic. After reading reviews and meeting with four "pros" suggested by Service Magic, I chose OC Construction based on a few aspects: (1) good prior customer feedback, (2) easily reachable, (3) professional in our initial meeting, and (4) lowest price quote. I am happy with the speedy and aesthetically-pleasing work Sean and his team performed on my office; they stuck to the agreed upon timing and budget and were friendly during the entire process. I will hire them for future projects.

Great crew, great work. In and out on time, and quality work ! I intend to use them again myself for future projects. I highly recommend this company.

Detail oriented, worked clean while not disrupting our living situation throughout the project, got the job done quickly but precisely and met all our expections. We will hire them again for future work and would highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for contractors that know how to do everything from demo, plumbing, electrical, installation, deisgn suggestions, trouble shooting problems while in the middle of the job, attention to detail and fnal touches. We are very happy and satisfied with our new kitchen. They are very professional and we are very pleased with the outcome. Choosing OC Construction Serivices was a great choice and they were super to work with.

The work done on my house was done very well. It far exeeded our expectation. There was some damage done to two panels on my patio, but OC Contruction Services returned with no problems and fixed it. Not only that, but they made up for the inconvenience by working on some other small home repairs at no cost to us. This was very impressive.
