OC was here within an hour of me calling them, they were efficient and fast at fixing the issue with my A/C unit and were friendly. Excellent customer service!!

Price was excessive for service performed. Contractor recommended a second very expensive repair after initial repair did not correct issue. My insistence and further testing showed initial repair work was not done properly. Had I not been on site, repairs that were not justified may have taken place.Additionally, I e-mailed OC services owner to provide feedback and never received a response.

They came out in the middle of the night and totally re-built our a/c unit. They did have to come back a week later to re-charge it but it is working great now and I am happy with the service. They were very friendly and got a service tech out asap.
