Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Not happy with what was negotiated prior to service & what was charged. In general, most of the contractors are looking for one time snatch & don't have long term customer satisfacation/relationship. I landed up paying $220 for what others are offering for $99 for a small clog in just one area of basement sink & didn't have any main drainage cloging.

Main drain needed to be cleaned out. Took about an hour and a half, and was extremely neat about it.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Serviceman arrived on time, 45 mins after I called. He was very pleasant and diagnosed the problem in less than 5 mins. This is were I have an issue not with him but with company rate for diagnosing. I was charged $225. to diagnose which took him less than 5 mins. The part was $85. which seemed fair.

Project: Repair Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
The work he did was fine, however Mr. O'Brien ignored my request to come at the time I requested. Fortunatly someone was home when he came early. I specfically told him I lived an hour and a half away and the person living in the home was a college student and would not be there. I would have appreciated him more if he had been more considerate of my time.
