they were 45 minutes late. demanded that i turn on the heat. I hired them to restretch the carpet, they drove 5 spikes into my carpet through a 2 x 4 to have something to pust the power stretcher off. They used the base of my solid cherry fireplace facing to push the power stretcher off of and seperated the wood from the wall. They were unable to do the job they were hired for. I woukd not recomend their services to anyone........

This review is amazing to me in that some people are just.... mean! First and foremost.When i am going to be late i always call. I estimate all my carpet repairs over the phone and charge a minimum to come out and take care of them.Up until this job we had not failed to complete one in the time allotted. The reasons we could not do this one: 1.The room he wanted restretched was 40 X 40 we use the method he described to have something stretched the room was just too large and carpet too far gone to fix. We also did not damage any wood and if we had we would have made it right.

Frank is a consummate professional that patiently worked with us and our requirements and design desires. With any big jobs there were unanticipated opportunities that occurred. Frank and his crew were able to come up with a plan of action that they could complete. Not a list of reasons why they could not do what was requested, and together we came up with a mutual compromise. We are so delighted with the end product. Frank and his company represent trust, respect and integrity and would infinitely recommend his services. A big thank you to Frank, Chuck, Tim and Josh. Our house is finally our home. We absolutely love the product.
