Number One was very responsive on a Saturday night and immediately fixed the problem with my refrigerator. However, the charge of $ 320 to replace a relay was very excessive!! I had no choice with young grandchildren in the house.

$240 to replace the heating element in the dryer seemed a little steep since the time it took to accomplish the exchange was less than 30 minutes.
