The company did a very professional job. They showed up on time, and finished the job on schedule. Someone was available every day for me to communicate with. Their price was very competitive. They take pride in their work. I am glad that I chose this company to replace my roof.

Review by Edward C.in Cincinnati, OH Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Eric seems a good guy but his roofing subcontrator put the ridge vent on one wing of our house and shingle caps on the other. I asked to leave the vents on the one wing to have access to the attic so I might add installation but they used the old vents and did not put in the ridge vent. Eric put two new gutters with leaf guards and was to put leaf guards around the rest of the house. On the old gutter on the lower level he only laid the guard over the gutter because it was bent. it blew off . I "E" mailed him but so far iIhave not heard back.
Comment from Nu Era Development, LLC
All of the work was completed as described in the contract. The customer changed the work with the roofer the day they were installing the roof. There were two new roof vents already installed on the upper roof so the roofer moved those vents down to the lower roof. There is no need to install box vents and ridge vents on the same roof,so the owner chose box vents for later access reasons. The gutter guards were never going to stay in place with the old gutters and I warned the owner this would happen. I offered to fix the vents at cost ($125) and all the gutters would have to be replaced in order for the guards to work. He chose not to.
