Joe was available and ready to work. He previewed the job for no cost and the final cost was very reasonable. Joe and all of his coworkers were very polite and friendly and easy to work with. Northwest Roof would be my first choice for roofing needs in the future.

NW Roof identified the issue on day one and fixed it next day. Quick and painless. No leaks three weeks after the repair was done. I didn't get multiple bids, so hard to comment on the value for the money part
