Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
When I needed my hardwood floors refinished, I called three companies. One did not call back, one sent a quote without seeing the job and then there was NW Hardwoods. They came to my home on time, gave a thorough evaluation and a fair bid for the work. They were very professional, on time and their work was great. I would highly recommend them.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
My experience with NW Hardwoods was a pleasant surprise given past experiences with contractors. Scott explained the job to my satisfaction and had good ideas about the details. They were on schedule, did great work and were especially good at trouble shooting problem areas in my house. Scott's dad Doug had some " old school" skills that were outstanding! I would highly recommend NW Hardwoods. I love my new floors!

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
NW Hardwoods did a fantastic job with our strand woven bamboo floor installation. Scott was great about communicating the status of the job from estimate to completion. He was open and honest the entire time. In fact, our house required some additional removal and replacement of failed OSB subfloor with plywood. Scott pointed out his concerns , allowed us some time to decide whether or not to go ahead with the extra work, and gave us a very fair adjustment to our original estimate. The floors turned out great! NW Hardwoods is very competitively priced, keeps on schedule, and are a pleasure to work with.
