Professional, prompt, and friendly service. Price was as estimated, job was done well and in time specified. Had wood floors in the whole house refinished for the first time in 30+ years. You may find a slightly cheaper contractor, but you will not find a more knowledgable one. Will knows his stuff.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Northstar did everything they promised and more while providing very high quality work for the best price we found. Will drove over 90 miles on two occasions to give us free estimates, promised the job would be done in 5 days and we could stay in our home (we did with no problems), and even made an extra trip back (another 90 miles) to our house the week after the job was done to help my husband move our refrigerator back into the kitchen with his air dolly so as to not scratch the floors. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE & THE FLOORS LOOK AMAZING- WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE IN A HEARTBEAT!

Overall very nice work. Willing to do extra work such as replacing nose piece. Professional manner, very polite, willing to do whatever was asked. Kept the schedule, hard worker. Only suggestion is to be more attentive to detail, like getting into each corner good, or addressing gaps & nail holes. We are happy with the job done.
