My windows look wonderful. Jim was very professional and helpful when choosing the color wood for the windows. The workmen arrived each day on time and finished the job as scheduled. They also cleaned up each day as they went along, which is a bonus. I would highly recommend the Company and would hire them again.

Jim promptly returned phone calls and showed up when he said he would. He explained everything up front and there were no surprises. Jim and his associate John were very professional in getting the work done on time and did a great job of cleaning up when it was completed. An added bonus is that they are just nice guys. I would highly recommend Northshore Window and Siding without any reservation.

Project: New Windows - Multiple
Jim and his team are true professionals. Highly recommended. Even though we went to him late, he was able to ensure we had the work completed in order to take advantage of the Federal Tax Credit. Their work was amazing and the three gentlemen were very friendly. I seriously can't believe the difference the windows make in our house. I think it updated the look of our house by about 50 years.

We spoke to Many sleazy window salespeople. They come into you home and take up 2 hours of your evening after work when the last thing you want to do is hear a story about some guy's cat named Shadow (yes, really) Jim is a straight shooter. Upfront and professional, I was very impressed with his down to earth explanations all options and the fact that he was the one that not only answered the phone but he also came out to do the estimate. High Class All the way.

The details of the work and products were explained up front, along with the time expected to complete the job. All work was completed on time, as expected, with no surprises. The guys were courteous and professional at all times and debris was removed from the job site.
