I was being pro- active in finding a contractor to install a hot water heaterso i E-mailed chad to install a hot water heater. He called back in less than 5 mins. and gave me a quote that was very fair. for a basic install. So i had a contractor before i shopped for a heater. Went to menards and found a great deal on a 12 yr. heater. brought it home opened box and drained old water heater to cut cost on install. Chad came installed new one and took the old one and mess with him. He did a great job and would highly recommend.

Very happy with the service. They recommended least expensive and conservative approach to fixing a leak, and it has completely fixed the problem. They responded very quickly to my call.

I wanted a toilet replaced with a higher profile one. Chad called promptly after my initial contact and then on the day of the installation, called first from Home Depot to discuss the kind of toilet I wanted and talked about what was available and prices. He then came right over, installed the toilet, explained what he did, cleaned up very nicely after himself and left. This morning I called him just to check the water level was OK, as it was lower than my older one, and he told me how to check, but if I wasn't satisfied, he would come back. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend him.

Chad was quick to respond, always called when he said he would, and did a great clean job on the plumbing. I have found my plumber.

I made a request through Service Magic and within 10 minutes I had a call from Chad. Very nice and professional on the phone as well as reasonable rates. He didn't try to upsell me on a heater that I didn't need; although I gave him the opportunity to do just that. The job lasted about 2.5 hours to replace our hot water heater and afterwards I did smell gas in the house. He got out his detector and showed me all joints had no leaks and the smell did disapate after an hour or so. Would definately recommend him to anyone needing a water heater replaced!

I do believe I have a leak and will call back chad and when hes in the area have him tightn a new pipe he installed

I'm not exactly sure which customer you are because I have done a fair amount of Sump Pumps in Oak Creek. However, the leak you may be referring to could be the hole drilled in the pipe above the sump pump as per designed by manufacture. IF not please call me and I will be more than happy to make any necessary repairs. Your satisfaction is my number one priority.

Very Friendly. On Time. On budget. Cleaned up his own mess. Overall a very good experience and value for the money spent. I had a basement remodel job and Chad roughed in some of the plumbing for the bathroom.

Chad was very helpful on the intial call and answered all our guestions. He recommended a unit that we had already researched and was experienced with this job. His estimate was fair and he did a clean installation job. Chad needed to come back and reinstall a spicket and did so in a timely manor. I would hire Cad again in t6he future
