Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
The guys that worked on our deck did a great job. Throughout they were focused on our being 100% satisfied...and we are! They arrived on time, worked efficiently and clean. The price was reasonable and they were willing to discuss any questions we had about their work and price. We will definitely be calling them this Spring when it's time to refinish the deck.

Project: Repair Exterior Trim
I had my windows exterior trim repaired/framed and a patio siding door replaced with Northern Maintenance. They quoted me a very compatitive price for the work and completed the whole project as promised. The team at Northern Maintenance, Chuck, Lardi and Cosmin are true professionals and they always understand your concerns, answer questions and also give you good advice. They also did some minor repair jobs on my fence and installed a new door in my house at no additional charge. Great team to work with and I highly recommend them.
