Dan from Branelle construction has been great to work with. From the estimate to communicating and coordinating the work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and will definately use him again for future projects.

Dan did an excellent job in remodeling a room in my basement. I was on a tight time frame and he completed the job right on time. He also used the best materials which impressed me.

Great planning, no hidden costs, great coordination and stuck to his schedule. Excellent craftsmanship. Hard working and honest contractor I have already recommended to others. Turned our basement into the best part of the entire house! JP

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
The project took longer than originally quoted, however it was due to their attention to detail and quality of workmanship. They always cleaned up the area and left as little impact on the yard as possible. They were not the lowest bidder but in the end we are satisfied that we chose the right contractor to work with, are very pleased with the addition and expect to offer them more work in the future.

They were very good about being here when they said they would. They tried hard to make sure we were happy with the results. We also liked the people they brought in to assist with the project ie plumbers, tilers,drywallers.

Project: Addition to Existing Structure - Build
Sub-contractors were all excellent, I only have great things to say about them. In regards to Northern Lights, the communication could be improved, we spent more time reminding them on what we agreed on - then we should have; customer service isn't their strong point.
