One hour came out very quickly and serviced our air conditioners (2). Air conditioners are now working perfectly, great job. Also found that our head exchangers were cracked and the furnaces needed to be replaced.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
It was expensive. Our furnace was fixed but I think I will shop around next time. He really tried to up sale items. Someone could really spend A LOT of money with this company if not careful.

I felt he was very honest and not a high presure sales pitch which I thought Sears tryed to do. He left us with product information for us to study which Sears did not do. Got fast courtious service. Very satisfied. Thank you.

Jason did a great job diagnosing the air conditioner problem. He was thorough and professional. My only complaint is that he patronized me in trying so hard to sell me everything from duct cleaning, a new furnace and a new airconditioner. I told him no that I would not replace anything until it dies. He then said," You are awfully attached to your old air conditioner aren't you?" I did not find that comment amusing. Sue B.
