customer avoided recommended repairs.He then purchased own supplies which were not the right supplies. It just masked the repair. I told him what he needed and refused to reapair the problem Correctly. Customer would NOT take my professional Opinion. So did what the customer asked, he did not want to spend the money to repair it the Correct way.

NERCOFNY accomplished all the handyman goals my home needed in the allotted time. Michael worked with us through each task and we trust the quality of the work.
