Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
John and his crew are fantastic. He will spend weeks going over budget in detail before beginning work. He really knows his stuff. He was recommending changes to drawings and layout before he even had the job. He's found ways to increase room and do things to really improve the project and hold down the cost overruns. He uncovered 2 septic tanks in the 1st week and had them out and gone in hours not days. Even with all the rain framing is almost completed inside of 2.5 weeks. I'll give a final review after we get certificate of occupancy. Right now I'd even recommend him to closest family and friends.
