Project: Remodel a Bathroom
We have had a number of projects done by multiple contractors over the past 22 years but none of the Contractors rate as highly as Northwind. Bill, Chris and Mark have done an excellent job on our spare bath. I needed to rush the job to get it partially completed (usable) before my in laws came prior to Christmas. These gentlemen executed flawlessly to make sure it was in working order and ready to go. This caused Chris to take work home, Mark to get in early, Bill had to make sure the plumber was there, the parts we ordered and delivered, etc... I will use Northwind for any and all jobs I am looking to have done in the future.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
We had a complex renovation project including central AC install, removing and building new walls, adding insulation, electric upgrade, etc. We have an unusual home, and Bill and his crew really made sure they understood what they had to do. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they paid great deal of attention to details. The crew was professional, courteous and neat, and did everything they could to minimize our inconvenience. We are happy with the end result and will certainly call them for our next project.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Northwind Construction built us a wrap around deck of over 800 square feet, including a porch, gates, a ramp and stairs. Their excellent workmanship,timeliness and attention to details were evident through out the project and the materials used were of the highest quality. After having discussed the project with us and viewing the site, Bill gave us peace of mind that we had indeed selected the right contractor. His estimate was realistic and fair. We highly recommend Northwind Construction/Bill Gagne.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
Northwind made our remodel experience as painless as possible. Bill and crew were considerate and thoughtful, careful and neat. The communication and attention to detail was more than we expected going into our summer-long project. Our first experience with a tile and glass bathroom came out beautifully. Thanks Keith for taking my spac concept and finishing it like 'the Bellagio'. We'd recommend Northwind highly and we will use them again as soon as we settle on a new project!

Project: Remodel a Basement
Northwind Maintenance & Construction did an outstanding job finishing my basement. Bill Gagne (the owner) and I had an excellent working relationship from the estimate phase all the way through to completion of my basement project. Bill and his team were extremely professional and efficient as they performed the work. The crew was very conscious and considerate of the disruption that this type of work can cause over the course of several months, and routinely worked around our family schedule. Bill was always willing to accomodate my change orders as the work progressed and always took the time to answer my many questions.

Northwind Maintenance & Construction, Inc were the nicest guys and cleanest I have ever met. The work performed was beyond what I expected. I would highly recomend and hire again. When they were finished there was not a thing out of place. Bottom line I can't say enough good about Bill and his crew. They were always on time and kept us informed every step of the way.

Project: Build an Addition
Bill and his crew were always on time and did what they said they would do. They were all very professional, friendly, and competent. The finished garage came out exactly as I had envisioned, and has been favorably commented on by everyone who's seen it. I highly recommend Northwind, and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Northwind Construction for our addition. Bill and his crew were professional, clean, fast, and the quality of their work is phenomenal. Bill was always available for questions and even made several suggestions that resulted in an even larger and better laid-out space. Thanks guys.
