They were 3 hours late, they need to call, I did try contacting there was communication problems.  We did have a problem of who to pay, the worker wanted it, I contacted the man that came to my house he stated that was who to pay, that was not comfortable.  The work was mostly good, a few issues, but i will complete myself, he did do the worst of my cracks.  I didn't want to waste another day waiting for them.  I do appreciate your referral, thanks, xxxx xxxxxx
