The two Service men that came into my home were very professional, friendly and well trained.

This rating comes extremely late, but this company was unbelievable in service and helpfulness at a very stressful time for our family. I just can't say enough. They went above and beyond what we contracted them for and were extremely helpful and ontime.

The phone interview was wonderful, this was a job that was job intensive and need to be done quickly, what I was told and what was done, appeared time and time again on this job. I was told the job was complete, I had a moving truck on the way, and I'm wheelchair bound at a different location, feeling that all would be ok. Only to get a call the next morning from my daugther that the job was not done, 2nd level not started with wall, windows. Trash bags on back deck. My daughter is preg. and the stress of not being able to drive up and unload in a ready house was too much. She ended up in the ER. Look in the phone book for another cleaner.

The representative responded to my call in a timely fashion, issued me an estimate very quickly, and sent out a highly qualified man to do the job.

I would not hesitate to hire them again. They did and excelent job. Thanks again........Dan And Mary

NorthStar was right on time. They finished the job very quickly, but did not do a real good job. The office called to see if I was happy with the job and as long as they asked I told them that there was a rather large spot that was still quite dirty. The office scheduled a time to come back. When they were suppose to come back they never showed up. Finally a couple hours later they called to say that an emergency came up. It was rescheduled and once again the time was changed. Finally two weeks later they came back to finish the job. It appears to be clean now. They don't seem to be real dependable.

Missed a lot of spots. Not satisfied with service.

I guess I am a little confused with this review. The customer said the house looked great during our post cleaning walk through. Gave the the cleaning crew a nice tip. Our office left a follow up phone call message after the job was completed to ensure customer satisfaction. Did not receive any feed back at that time about not being satisfied. I am aware that one of the cleaning girls did miss a few areas but those areas were re-cleaned before leaving. We take pride in the fact that we are a 5-star rated company. After viewing this post I contacted the homeowner and offered to return and re-clean any areas of concern, which she declined.

Professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He pretreated stained areas. Stains resurfaced a couple of hours after he left, but I don't know if he could have done anything differently to avoid that.

Very professional. We were very satisfied. They were punctual and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. Everything looks new! We've never had the same carpet cleaner come twice. We will definitely call NorthStar again. I would request the same man again. He was committed and dedicated to the job! (One piece of small furniture was not moved in my daughter's room and she was disappointed...but not enough to cloud my view of the entire job.)

The company called soon after the referral, set up a time and explained in detail what they do and how they clean the carpets. Gave me some info that I never knew before. The man that actually came to do the cleaning was clean, pleasant and very professional and finished in about the time they projected. And the carpet looks brand new. I am going to get them regularly and will highly recommend them to everyone. It wasn't just the clean carpet, it was the way he handled things and talked to me so very nicely that made me feel that I could trust him. And I was right!!!!
