Happy to be of service! Didn't really plan to clean shower grout with a toothbrush! The more you clean, the better tile looks! It's a "maintenance required" building material. Hope you enjoy using your tub spout again. Repair of the shower base was "on the house. Hope to see you again soon.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
Contractor did a horrible job the first time; did not remove debris before putting down finish coat of lacquer, sanded large gouges in three places, and had many places with spills/drips, or no lacquer at all. They came back and 'resanded' the floor, but resanding only meant roughing it up with a 3M pad. They did not, even after being asked, wipe the debris up before relacquering again. I was so angry I sent them out of my house. Never again!

North Shore Home Advantage surprised me by being the most prompt of all bidders, and the most prompt at being ready to start the job. Excellent craftsmanship and very quick service. Ron completed 95% of the extensive list of small projects in less than two days time. Very clean after each job and put everything away at the end of each day. I extended the work projects during this contract as I found Ron to be highly efficient and cost effective. I intend to retain him again in the near future, and without reservation, recommend him to anyone else.

They were extremely professional and we were very pleased with the quality of the work. Work was completed ahead of schedule for the estimated cost. We will be hiring North Shore Advantage again for future projects.
