They over charged. I thought something was wrong with the unit. They came out and charged a trip fee and a service fee and said nothing was wrong and the system works.

The initial response from the Service Magic inquiry was quick. Adam came out, inspected my A/C unit and we negotiated a price. They repaired my unit the same day. I was supposedly given a 60 day warranty on the repair. Well, 1 week later the unit was not working properly. I have sent emails and numerous phone calls with no response. Initially I was very impressed, but now, ABSOLUTLEY DISAPPOINTED. This was the last contact from them:Came out on 4-1-12. Found the compressor to have a short in it. Replaced the compressor and charged the system with 10 lbs of R-22 freon. System is working properly at this time. 60 day warranty

I immediately recommended them to my father who was having problems similar to mine. He called them and they were there the next day. Both of our units are up and running and we will save money on Power with our new Thermostats. Thanks

Verry Nice, and got the Job Done quick. The only one out of the 4 I called to come out. I am dissabled and needed the help. We will only contact North Georgia Heating & Cooling for are needs from now on. Thanks Again!!
