We are surprised that you felt this way and would have made any necessary adjustment to try to please you, had you shared your displeasure at the time when we gave you the bill. That being said we want to post publicly what we charged and how we arrived to that total. Your total bill was $120. You requested a keyless entry pad, which we charge $40 for, also a 3 button remote $30. Service fee is $30, and labor was $20. We hope that you will reconsider. I am local, Dawsonville
