Very quick call from the owner and able to schedule for the next day.

$50 service call fee, $30 to whack inoperative pump with a hammer, $80 later I was left with a dishwasher that never washed a single load again. $80 wasted, I don't generally posted bad reviews but I can NOT recommend this company - and I don't think they are up to ServiceMagic standards.

We charged $50 service call. WE told customer it was a bad pump and needed a new one and gave hime a price to fix it. We offered to clean out the old one for $30 to see if it could be saved. We spent an hour working on it. The customer agreed and we tried to save it. We could not, the pump was indeed bad. It was an old dishwasher and time for a new one. As the owner, I strive to make every customer happy. However, there is that one percent that will never be happy in life. I tried to contact Paul to resolve the issue but he will not return my calls. I stand by all my loyal customers here who are Honest. Scott Glover, Owner.
