My rating is based on the fact that we had a miscommunication so it took two trips to sort out my concerns regarding a property I have in escrow. I feel strongly that Norm is an integrity based person which is critical to me. His office manager and Norm were great to deal with.

They called and asked me to take some pictures and email to them and then I got reply back from them and explained everything. they are so experienced and professional and know this area very well. Also, they told that because there is nothing they can do, there is NO CHARGE! where can you find this kind of service today? I recommend this firm to every body!!!
