Left a message & received a call back shortly. The company doesn't offer free estimates, but do to it's close location, I scheduled an appointment. The service agent came as scheduled, examined the furnace, but ran out of the required part. I am glad that the company is located close by, since the agent had to return to the shop to pick up the needed part. The service agent returned shortly & replace the part. I am satisfied with the service & repair.

NorCal arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and explain the issue to me. He didn't have the part on his truck, but was able to order it and install it the next day. He was flexible and willing to work around my schedule. Very professional

Those guys are very fast, knowledgeable and don't hesitate giving advice. They fixed my condition and also installed new thermostat for no additional charge (just paid their $99 visit fee and $45 termostat price - which is HomeDepot price).
