I am very pleased with Noonan Construction! Mike arrived at my home on time and gave me a free estimate of the cost to fix my ductwork. Whenever I had a question, there was always a friendly and courteous person there to answer the phone and assist me with my concerns. The men who actually fixed the duct were on time, friendly, neat and accomodating to my issues. The work that they did looks great and the service was very professional. I will use them again! It was OK. They came out and put a new roof on in one day. (I would not have objected if they took two, but it was fine.) The real test will be time; so ask me next year and the year after.

My answer are only for the response time it took for them to call me set up and estimate. I didn't hear back from them for almost 2 weeks. I recieved a message from who I believed was the president of the co last week, but haven't gotten back with him since his one and only phone call. I had to call them back to ask if they had any numbers worked up yet and by the sound of it the answer was no! The gentlemen who came over to meet me was very profesional and nice, but call back time wasn't to my liking considering I made the first call back. I've been in the construction trade for over 25 years, but with my busy schedule I can't get to it!!!
