I called on a Saturday night for a replacement of a water Heater. I had a tenant that has just stepped in that day. So I wanted the job to be completed ASAP because he could not use hot water. The technician who got mycall replied to me in a matter of minutes. He went to do the job right at first time Sunday morning. Outstanding service. And he charged no overtime for this job done on a Sunday. Wow.

I put in my request for service and heard back from all 3 vendors and Tori at Nobel was the first to offer to come out and assess the situation for no charge. Upon his review and recommendation I authorized him to do the work on my home immediately so that my tenant who just had a newborn baby in his home was not w/o hot water. He did it in a timely manner and all in all within 5 hours of my finding out about the situation it was resolved. I would highly recommend Tori to family and friends if they had a plumbing need. Going foward he'll be who I contact if ever the need should arise.
