Window pros did not finish job, told me that my living room windows had lime stains from the sprinklers and they couldn't clean them. I tried to reach Marcus Smith, we both left voice mail for him, no answer for two hours. When he finally called he told me he would have to charge extra and I would have to wait until he was in my area to fix the problem because he lives in Carson and couldn't make a trip just for me. I told him I woul d not pay extra since there was no indication on the invoice or estimate that state an extra charge for cleaning stains from sprinklers. I have had these windows cleaned every year no problem before.
Comment from No Streak Window Cleaning
The job was finished completely, to make a long story short the customer was disapointed that there is an additional charge for removing hard water deposits from windows and she expected it to be included in the normal cleaning. I am not sure of what company that does water deposit removal for free but mines doesnt ,my company charges extra end of story.

No Streak window cleaning was great. They called 1/2 hour before arrival as requested. They went straight to work. They were curtious and did a great job. On one upstairs stained glass arched window I noticed one water stain, after the sun came around to that side of the house. They quickly got the ladder back out and redid the entire window perfectly. I'm a very happy customer.

Marcus, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate promptly. He offered a detailed breakdown of the services that he and his crew would render and delivered. We scheduled one of my properties but ended up doing three because of the quality of the work, their professionalism, price and the speed of execution of the work.

WE JUST HAD OUR WINDOWS CLEANED BY NO STREAK WINDOW CLEANING. WHAT A FANTASTIC JOB! MARCUS & JEROMY WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT. EACH WINDOW WAS SHINING LIKE A CRYSTAL. THEY BOTH WORE BOOTIES IN THE HOUSE AND KEPT THE OUTSIDE JUST AS TIDY. THEY WERE ON TIME AND PERSONABLE. GREAT BUSINESS ETHICS. WE WILL REFER THEM TO OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITHOUT A HESITATION. Excellent experience! Marcus Smith is very professinal. He sent a follow-up email to comfirm the date and time of service. On the schedualed day he arrived on time, his team worked quickly and were very respectfull of the property.
