Project: Mount TV on Wall
Run as fast as you can from NoHo Plasma. My TV was installed 4 weeks ago and has never worked. Mario sent his technician to my house last weekend, and the technician yelled at me for "not understanding the problem" and yet still didn't fix the problem, which seems to have to do with the HDMI ports in the TV. I've called Mario 3 times and he has not answered my calls. I asked if I could simply get him to thread a 3-prong cable through the wall so that I do not have to use solely HDMI if my cable provider isn't compatible with HDMI (Time Warner Cable-which I told Mario I was getting from the beginning). Still no call back. The worst.

They were great, they called the morning after I submitted the request and said they could come that afternoon after another job. They installed both of our tv's and were very nice & professional. Would definitely recommend them.

These guys were great. They showed up with a team of 3 guys to mount my TV. Mario was very knowledgable and his staff really knew what they were doing.

Person who contacted me about the job was very polite and professional as was one of the installers. The second installer was not friendly and used my bathroom without asking for permission, I found that to be unprofessional. Quality was done and I would definatly use this company in the future.

Mario successfully mounted the TV on the wall and wired an outlet for it. I was satisfied with his performance through this deliverable. However, the same evening that he had completed the work, the attached Blue Ray was not connecting to the TV. Despite Mario saying that we could call on him for any problems, he did not return calls. When we contacted him via eMail, he returned the message promising to return the next day. He did not show. I had to use another contractor, who found that the problem was a faulty HDI cable.
I can notrecommend NOHO. Someone who does business with a contractor only once is a victim ... not a customer.

I read all the reviews prior to hiring NOHO and knew what I was possibly getting into, and they were all correct, he showed up initially on time, had already quoted a price, which when he arived he said that the mounting was not a traditional mounting and would be more expensive, and he did not have the tools, he said they could come back and hook it up in a couple of days, the day they were to come back, I called Mario and was told he was almost here, it was someone else that answered his phone. After they completed the mounting with the exception of hooking up the XBox which was also included in the price they requested an additional 20.00
