He was here within two hours of my phone call. He came in, fixed my dishwasher within a 1/2 hour and was very clean, no mess or debris from the work left behind, respectful of myself and my 2 little kids that were intrigued by him, and he didn't try to sell me items I didn't need. I took his card for future work needed! Thanks!

Unbelievably responsive. Diagnosed and fixed problem very quickly. Wish it was a little less expensive, but I do really appreciate that he showed us what to do if the problem occured again.

Tokk a couple of days to get the guys out here because of the weather. The crew showed up on time and the job was finished the same day - even gave me a discount for paying cash. Very professional people, didn't leave any mess behind. I would highly recomend them for your next job.

Spoke to Tom the night before and he was able to come out to my home the very next day to service and get my heat running again which had suddenly stopped working. I have a 7 month old and my handicapped mother in home, so we definitely needed the heat working asap after not having it for 2 days. He and his assistant showed up early and had us up and running within 2 hrs. The quality of the repair, customer service, and value for my money was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Tom and plan to continue future service with him for some of my other items.

They accurately diagnosed the problem over the phone (based on the inputs I provided) and came prepared with replacement part. Furnace has been working fine for the past two weeks without any issues. The service fee was quite high considering the fact it was only 5 minutes of work.
