Project: Repair an Alarm or Security System
Replaced several sensors due to new doors as well as diagnois and fix an existing fault which was really hard to find. They needed several appointments but they did a great job of communicating while they tracked down the problem...costs were within estimates and all the service personnel were courteous and professional. I also appreciated that one technician deferred to one of his peers who had more experiece with in-door sensors so he did not risk breaking sidelights in a new entry door.

Project: Monitor Alarms from Security System
They were prompt and courteous and did not try to sell me more than I needed. I had some existing equipment which they attempted (successfully) to incorporate into the installation. They explained everything very well and when I had after the sale questions, they got back to me quickly and with the right answers. The monitoring is very reasonably priced and in the one case where I inadvertently set off the alarm, they were easy to deal with.

I was recently laid off and short of money. But I needed to secure my home from a drug dealing neighbor. Joe worked with me to allow an affordable contract. The install and information was excellent and the system works fine.He really went out his way to setup a system for me that works but is affordable.

Competitive pricing, attentive service, professional installation with adequate cleanup. All with an end-product at least as good as with more-expensive big-name companies, but with the freedom to switch monitoring companies later if desired.

Grant was very knowledgeable. Pricing was very competitive. Fell down a little bit on installation; took several hours to respond to telephone call for service and took two visits to get everything right . Overall though, satisfied.
