I was very satisfied with the gentleman that serviced our needs - but on the other hand I am not completely satisfied with the results. My garage still does not want to open at least once or twice a day - we have to still press and hold the remote's (Both hand remotes and door remote......

Called me within 2 hours of requesting Servicemaster quotes (never heard from the others), came exactly when he said he would and fixed all the problems I had been having with my garage door quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Cannot ask for more. Highly reccommended.

I called Norman because my husband backed into our garage door as he was exiting the garage (not realizing that he also accidentally had hit the garage door closer). Norman was going to come over at five after work but really felt that he wanted to secure our home so he drove over the took care of the problem leaving the bill on the outside fridge. He did great work, for a good price and compassion not normally found these days. I will hire him again without a doubt!

I called Norman from Florida about my mom's house in Michigan. After talking to him for 15 min. I felt like i had known him for years. My brother in Michigan met him at my mom's house to fix the garage door opener. He not only disasembled the unit and re assembled it with new parts, but charged much less than he quoted. Awsome response tim, topo notch work, and great personality!! Norman is a keeper!! We highly reccamend him to all. Thanks Norman
