Nickey Gonzalez of Maids in Motion was very friendly, courteous and professional. The two maids that came out did a fabulous job, and then took me through the house to show me everything they had done and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I've already recommended Maids in Motion, and will do so again.

First impressions were Nicky was very professional and on game at estimate meeting. We set up a deep cleaning for the following week. They spent 4 hours going from top to bottom. I don't think our house has been this clean since we moved in. We are looking forward to our next visit. ---After two visits by the crew (who were fanatastic), Nicky's husband accompanied the crew on a clean. He rushed them through the house leaving multiple things undone. Nicky remedied that time, but sent him out again a more recent job we had similar issues. Quit using them due to his participation and overall attention to service disappearing.

Very timely, very personable! Most of everything got done to my satisfaction. I was expecting a three person team as discussed. A few items of dusting were overlooked; however, I was very pleased and will use this service again.

Upon first meeting with the owner/manager, Nickey we were impressed. She walked through our house and assured us her crew could help us with our needs and quoted us a price. The price was higher than we have paid for any other cleaning service but she seemed like she knew what she was doing and talked about how quick they were. However, on the day of the cleaning it was a different story. Don't have much space so will make this short. Dusting in living room was basically nonexistent, no couches, fans, half the shelves on bookshelves and wall fixtures weren't touched. They skipped a whole room without us knowing & left with no walk thru!

Maids in Motion is an excellent cleaning service. Their team is on-time, actually earlier than scheduled in my case which was even better. The team is extremely thorough in ridding my house of every last bit of dirt, dust, and pet hair. They even have a crew supervisor on sight during their service to ensure that the job is done well and that the customer is happy. The supervisor will walk through the finished job with you and make sure everything is to the customer's satisfaction. If it is not, the supervisor will fix the problem and speak with his crew about the mistake so that it does not happen again. Highly recommend.
