The work he did was very shoddy and required remediation.… Read Complete Rating This guy is charming but deceptive. He rarely showed up for the first five weeks of what was to be a six week job. The work he did was very shoddy and required remediation. Had I not been here to stop his subcontractor my stairwell would have been built too small to take the stair. He's oblivious to health and safety -- made no effort whatsoever to contain asbestos and lead paint dust; at end of one day left a big hole in my wall that led to a seven foot drop into all sorts of dangerous debris. He knew I had an 18 month old baby in the house. That was the last straw. I fired him Rating: Project: Addition to Existing Structure - Build So far so good.
