Project: Install Brick or Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps
The contractor could not be trusted to be truthful in regard to cost. He gave us the amount to do the job then every time we turned around we would get "well, it would look better if we added this or now we need to add this". The quality of work and the workers were excellent. If you hire this company make sure you get everything to be done to complete the project in writing with the price for each broke down and an understanding there will be nothing added as the project progresses.

Project: Install a Chain Link Fence
My only glitch was that when I talk to Jessie about the work, and in a subsequent (initiated by them) phone call, that there was some gravel included in the bid to fill a low spot. When they arrived to do the work (which is excellent!), the gravel was now extra and would require a second trip. I opted to do it myself with some available gravel elsewhere on my property. I recommend you get your details in the bid in writing first to avoid confusion.

They came out to see what needed to be done quickly, and had the problem fixed in a timely manner. But be warned, you pay it.

Project: Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps
The quote for a concrete path was over our budget, but after presenting us with another quote using pavers we went ahead with the work. During construction our neighbor like the pathway so much she had hers done also. The work was completed within a week. We are now saving to have the path on the other side of our home done.

Project: Install Concrete Driveways & Floors
Nice Yard confirmed they got the necessary county permit, but upon final payment, realized they did not. I got the "post" permit and inspection failed due to ADA grading % requirements. Nice Yard agreed to repair, but sent another company to repair. They did a nice job, but now have half sidewalk without edge shining finish, and the other half without. They left a lot of rocks in the yard also. The repair company said that Nice Yard should not be in the concrete business. They're friendly people, but don't let that deter you from going with someone else, who might actually have some projects you can review.
