Nice N Handy

Over all, they did a good job. The fence looks nice. They were sloppy at the end, didn't clean up, didn't do one door very well. So they had to come back and finish it up. But over all, I was satisfied. Wether I'd use them again, that's a little unclear to me. But over all, good job.

Mr. Conover didn't do the work himself but sent one of his "handymen" - He was to attach new handles to the outside of our kitchen cupboards which had never had handles or "pulls" on them before. The man put them on but after he left my husband was checking and found that the inside of the cupboard doors had the screw coming out and splintered the wood and paint on the inside of cupboard door. We called the owner. The man came back and took pictures. The owner called my husband. It has never been fixed.

I was contacted my Mary to attach some handle to her kitchen cabinets. During the conversation she had never mentioned that she had recently painted her 20 + year old oak cabinets. I sent a foreman out to perform the task, he is more than qualified to hand this job. He should have told The customer that when drilling into older Oak cabinet doors that you run the risk of some splintering on the inside on the cabinets doors. I have offered to touch up and repair the inside of the doors at no cost and also never charged for the original service. I have not heard back from the customers.

Todd and Dale added value to our home when they renovated our bathroom. They were qualified tradesmen, and showed true craftsmanship in their work and their work habits. They are the kind of contractors you want working on your house: they came on time, worked hard, and the results were fantastic.

Very prompt, professional and honest. They fixed the toilet in just a few minutes so only charged me a fraction of what most companies quoted as their minimum trip charge. Also gave me ideas for ways to fix another problem ourselves! I usually dread hiring repairmen as I worry I am being overcharged. Very refreshing!

I'm sorry I can't remember the fellow's name, but he was outstanding. I had the weatherstripping materials here, but by going to Lowe's, he brought back a piece of stripping for only $3.00 and in- stalled it for me. The most important thing was that he knew what he was doing and he was fast. He was also very polite. I've had another company out to do some work about 2 years ago, and the 2 men, unfortunately didn't seem to be nearly as competent. As soon as I have a little bit more money, I would like to have Nice N Handy back to do a whole bunch of assorted tasks that I don't either know to do, or don't want to take the time to lear

I received multiple quotes (10) and by far Todd was the best. He was the first to respond to my quote and came out the same day to an assessment. He was very detailed and was the only one that went up in a ladder to review the damage from the outside. I started my project during the winter storm and his Team still made it out to my house to start the work. I was very satisfied with the job and will definitely use his contracting services again.

Very professional and pleasant people to deal with. It took them a while to find the right part, but they didn't charge me for the delays and running around looking for parts. I will be hiring Nice N Handy to do some other work needed around the house.
