Too many unreturned phone calls and too much confusion for scheduling. It should not be that difficult to hire someone for a service. Then he didn't show the first scheduled date and finally called late afternoon to explain that he was having mechanical problems. We rescheduled for the next day. Job was completed that day. Siding & concrete are clean but gutters are not. My 3 1/2 star ratings are average on quality & value for money.

I understand that the customer is always right, and I truly am willing to take criticism. I'm always looking to improve on my performance. With total respect to Kathie M. There was a communication issue. (We were playing phone tag)_That is hard to avoid but in the future I will try harder to keep lines of communication more open. As far as the mechanical issue,the belts on my machine broke that day and could not get replacements til morning. The gutters are old and the protective coating is no longer there,so it is next to impossible to remove all of the staining(which was explained prior) I never received any complaints from her (Til Now)
