This was a small job with a number of facets. Tom Newell and company did the job right, on budget, and on time. The whole crew was pleasant and professional. The workmanship was top quality. I highly recommend these folks. They know what they’re doing.

Wow! I can't say enough great things. I wound up hiring Newell Property Services to do a variety of projects around my town home to get it ready for sale. Not only did they perform great work, quickly, and at a fair price, but they were also able to lend their experience by giving suggestions about the work I was requesting. Long story short, they finished their work on Tuesday, the house went on the market Wednesday, and we accepted an offer on Thursday! The realtor said the quick turnaround was because people were amazed at all of the work done. Thanks Tom and Brian for a wonderfully successful project!
