Work was performed and completed as agreed, they helped with additonal money needed from the insurance company due to new found damage behind wall.

Although Corey was the highest estimate he took the time to carefully review the existing structure, took careful measurements, made preliminary plans to pin down material costs and answered all of my questions as to the higher costs. In his estimate compared to others. He provided a detailed explanation of his estimated charges and explained potential up-charges which were necessary after consultation with the Laguna Beach building department and changes we requested. Newave won't be the cheapest but will provide a high quality construction project.

Corey was professional and careful. The work was done quick and precise to specifications. There was, however, driveway damage from their excavator and although he said it would be fixed, we haven't seen him back. He was quick and efficient up to this point but has dropped off on the diligence now that it would mean no income. The work was done over a year ago and our driveway is still deeply gouged. Sadly, that is preventing me from giving a glowing recommendation.

Hello Shawna, Thank you for the review and we appreciate your business. However we did try to make good on the driveway problem and we said we were going to do it at no charge. However Ray wanted the driveway to have rebar in it and you wanted an additional walk to side yard. So we gave an estimate and followed up with it per your request and we never got a signed proposal for the work. We planned on replacing it to its original state however we were not going to add steel or extra at our exp. The offer still stands on the driveway when your ready. They were on time and worked until my entry door fit just right. They didn't settle with just o.k. it had to fit. I could tell they took pride in their work. I would highly recommend Newave Construction.

Working with Cory and his crew was a pleasant experience. We originally had him remove a wall to open up the area between our living room and dining room. We were so happy, we had him scrape and retexture our ceilings. Both jobs turned out great. They were always on time. Cleaned up after themselves. Did a professional job for a good price. We are very pleased and will use his company in the future.

Called and emailed immediately. Worked with what we wanted and gave us quotes for 'what ifs'. Started work immediately. Price appeared reasonable. Satisfied with work.
