John was very friendly and accomodating to my schedule which was hectic the day we had to meet. Him and his men were quick and efficient. The price was more than reasonable. I would recomend Jon and NY maintenance anytime.

Picked up my junk that weekend - on a SUNDAY. Very courteous and efficient and the price was right. The only other contractor who responded was charging DOUBLE ! I will always use NY Maintenance.

Real pros. Fast and accommodating. Knew just how to disassemble bookshelves and bunk beds quickly. And their estimate was lowest as well! Highly recommended.
