Suggested that at first we only do a part of the basement, all others only quoted on complete circumference, so was considerably cheaper. Basement was finished just before recent group of downpours and then the hurricane. Basement stayed dry!

Due to Hurricane Irene, power was distributed for days in the Mount Kisco Area. Our back up pumps utilizing marine batteries have a life expectancy of up to 15 hours. It is no fault of our firm that power outages occur due to tropical storms in excess of our back up system capability.

He starts in 2 weeks. So far very professional, returns all phonecalls in timely manner, and has the ability to do everything I am looking for.

We are currently half way through the project and I couldn't be more pleased with the process and results to date. The owner, Dennis, has been incredibly fair and responsive to my excessive phone calls and emails. The project is right on schedule and the workers are both professional and courtious. I would recommend New York Basement Technologies to anyone who wants to refinish there basement. --- Dennis has fully completed my basement remodel and I can't express enough how please we are with the final product. Initial work on perimeter trench / water drain was fine. Next phase took far too long, was done by low-skill labor without sufficient supervision. Contractor failed to communicate schedule on a timely basis.

CUSTOMER TRIED TO SOLICIT MY MEN TO WORK BEHIND MY BACK CUTTING ME OUT OF THE FUTURE WORK CONTRACTED TO ME. Very professional. Dennis is a man of his word. He was always courteous, willing to answer any and all questions. At no time was there any high pressure sales pitch. We had the work done in the winter which prevented NY Basement Tech. to bury the outside drainage pipes. I was concerned about them coming back to finish in the spring after payment was made. I did not have anything to worry about. They came back and burried the pipes in April. I did not have to keep calling to get them back. The system got a true test after the major snowfall followied by the heavy rains when everyone was getting flooded our basement remained dry.

My project involved several unforeseen problems, including weather, non-functioning trucks and water pipes where they weren't supposed to be. In each case I got personal attention from Dennis and his workers handled all the problems very professionally.

Everything was done professionally. The two workers were punctual, hardworking, very pleasant and did a great job cleaning up.
