Project: Build an Addition
When I first looked into hiring a company to build an addition it had to be quick but done with the best quailty that there is to offer because we were expecting a new baby to the family. I got a quote from three different companies and New Space had the best offer. I was a little worried about the noise and the distruction, but New Space kept it quiet and clean as they built the addition. I was very please to come home from work and inspect each phase of the building process. I thought they were cutting it close to the deadline but they managed to get everything done before the big day. I was satisfied with the addition. Thanks New Space.

Project: Build an Addition
This company gave us a new room. We enclosed our screened porch to a 4 season room so to speak. They were completely professional, took care with every detail. The few small problems or unexpected things that popped up were handled appropriately and with complete satisfaction. It is probably the nicest room in our house now, and we have a new home! They always showed up on time, and we received a call if times changed. The respected our property and always cleaned up completely. We will definitely use them again.

New Space provided outstanding customer service and excellent value. They renovated our 1930s beach cottage, completely updated kitchens and baths, and did an excellent job on cedar siding and front porch and rear deck renovations/additions. They transformed the house while maintaining its charm. Curb appeal is off the charts! People regularly stop in front of the house to look and tell us how great it looks. New Space was very dedicated and provided a lot of good ideas for features to add and choices to make during the process. They were flexible in terms of change orders and worked with us to keep the total cost within budget.

They were amazing. They were patient with our requests and changes and were extremely accomidating. They worked very well with our schedules and had minimal inteference with our schedules. Would highly recommend them!

We are having an exceptionally good experience with New Space. Dion Lamb is an excellent contractor with very high standards. He is responsive to my concerns and supervises his crew closely and professionally. I am absolutely delighted with our experience with New Space about half way into our remodeling project.

Project: Basement - Remodel
He was excellent. We feel we picked the right guy. He is very patient with the home owner. He wasn't happy with what the cleaning crew did, he is bringing them back today to clean better.

At the completion of every project we provide a thorough cleaning to make the new space move in ready. In this particular case I did not feel the final cleaning met our quality standards. We rectified the problem immediately to the delight of our client.
